Clearly designed for tourists & locals, the staff seems to care about making it good. The owner himself is a pretty funny guy to talk to.

Souvlistas’s is small, busy but worth the wait.
Service is with smile and willing to customize on request.
They are open until late and are quiet later on.

Definitely worth a try.
