In the city of Pylos, there is no large beach such as those that you will find during your visit in the wider area of the municipality of Pylos including the beaches of Chrissi Akti and Voidokoilia. 

However, visitors will definitely cool off in the two little cavities with fresh water that are formed along the deck. This is the only part of the coast that allows visitors to come closer to the sea and enjoy a quick swim. Many swimmers and an abundance of children prefer this deck for their fancy dives in the clear waters.
